Skiing Class
Registration opens on Tuesday October 3rd, 2017!

The Parks and Recreation Department is proud to offer another year of our very successful ski program to the students of Hopkins School. The program is for Hopkinton residents grades 4-5. Hopkins School students ski at Nashoba Valley Ski Area on 5 Mondays after school starting January 8th, see schedule below.

Please purchase a bus pass and lift ticket or a lift ticket & lesson combination.
An on-line release form is now required. Link below will take you directly to the site. This is mandatory for your child to ski in our program.



Need to rent equipment?  Here's are some options:
1. At Nashoba Mountain - If you choose this option, your child will pick up and drop of his/her skis each trip with the ski club.  Note: Ski/Board fittings must be done before the program begins. This option is the most convenient chocie for the kids if they only plan to ski during ski club.

2. At a local store - Ski Barn, Boston Ski and Tennis both in Westboro or Dick's Sporting Goods are great options. If you choose this option you will have to follow ski drop off procedures at Hopkins School each of the 5 trips. This options is great if your child plans to ski throughout the winter, not just during ski club.

Instructions regarding when and where to drop off equipment at Hopkins will be sent by December 20th.

Times: 2:45-7:30pm; lessons begin at 4:00pm
Dates: Mondays, January 8-February 12; no ski program 1/15
Grades: 4-5
Bus Fee: $80.00
Lift Ticket: $160.00
Lift Ticket & Lessons: $190.00

Refund Policy
If you withdraw from a program at anytime prior to two weeks before the program start date, you will receive an account credit good towards other Parks and Recreation programs. Account credits do not expire. Account credit will not be issued if the cancellation takes places within two weeks of the program start date. Cancellations due to a medical emergency will have the option to receive an account credit or a refund at anytime with proper medical documentation. If a program is cancelled by Parks and Recreation, you will have the option to receive an account credit or a refund for that program.
