Girls on the Run is a nationally recognized not for profit that is run by certified coaches.  GOTR inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. 

The lessons teach life skills through group processing, running games and workouts.
The program provides pre-adolescent girls with the necessary tools to embrace their individual strengths.

Girls choose and conduct a community service project and at each season's conclusion, the girls complete a 5k running/walking event.

Running shoes and water bottle are required. Fees include registration fee for 5k and GOTR t-shirt. All girls will run the GOTR 5K on December 1st.

Locations: Elmwood School for Grade 3; Hopkins School for Grades 4-5
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays September 18-November 29; GOTR 5K on Saturday, December 1st, 2018.
Time: Elmwood School 3:25-4:25pm; Hopkins School 2:40-3:40pm
Cost: $200.00
