Start the New Year off right with a fun & exciting craft class! Each week, students will take home a finished art project. This program is taught by local Hopkinton resident and art enthusiast, Stacie Kirkwood.
In the first class, students will build & decorate their own light-up snow house using popsicle sticks, glue, colorful paints, faux snow and LED lights. In week two, children will embrace the New Year by creating their own 2023 Keepsake Boxes. Using a variety of paint, pom poms, glue, glitter, gems and more, students will decorate their boxes, then fill them with their 2023 goals and positive reminders. In our last class, students will create 3D art on canvas. Children will be guided step-by-step, using paint, faux snow, tissue paper and glitter to create a winter wonderland masterpiece.
All supplies & materials will be provided.
