Experience the exciting world of robotics and delve into the history of renowned inventions with RoboThink STEM Inventions! This program offers students a unique opportunity to develop essential skills by engaging with mainboards, DC motors, gears, and axles while building a wide range of robotic designs. In addition to building robots, students will have the chance to create impressive inventions such as a telegraph and even the iconic plane of the Wright Brothers, among other captivating projects. Students will also be challenged to overcome problems by building their own robot from the ground up. No prior experience is required; simply come prepared for an immensely enjoyable and immersive learning adventure!

Chess Wizards is a premier chess education company providing fun, informative and challenging chess lessons to students. Chess Wizards teaches children many important life concepts, such as learning the ability to win graciously and accept defeat with dignity and sportsmanship.Join Chess Wizards this year for challenging chess lessons, exciting tournaments, fun, team activities, and more! If you’re brand-new to chess, we’ll teach you the basics and get you playing right away. If you’re a seasoned checkmate artist, we’ll show you new ways to let your creativity show on the chess board.Students will be divided into groups according to their chess experience. Want to foster your child's interest in STEM, while igniting their creative spark at the same time?Buildwave is a creative building program that feels like a video game! Over the course of 6 sessions students create with over 50 different building materials, including Lego®, PlusPlus®, and custom-made Buildwave materials. Each session of the program is a new “level” of the Buildwave game, with an audiovisual setup featuring animations and music that guide students through the different building waves. Then it’s off to the races as you and a partner have limited time to create your scene and present it to the class. Presentation skills will be key as you try to persuade your classmates that your Lego creation is #1. Let Your Voice be Heard!Public speaking can be one of life’s scariest tasks, but it doesn’t have to be! In this fun and engaging class, you will play improvisation games, serve as an anchor in a classroom newscast, take the pro- or con- side in a debate on whether teachers should assign homework and practice making eye contact in a staring contest. Pretty soon you will be acquiring public speaking and presentation skills while having a blast. Our Right Brain Curriculum instructors will coach you in using a loud voice, scanning your audience, making eye contact, speaking from notes, and making persuasive arguments – all while you gain your confidence as a speaker. Let's make public speaking fun!
