Hopkinton Parks and Recreation is excited to offer Pickleball lessons on our new courts beginning this Fall!Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, and is suitable for players of all ages and skill levels. Our instructors will cover the basics of the game, including rules, scoring, serving, returning serves, and other strokes. Our goal is to equip you with safety information, stroke mechanics for control, and enough rules and etiquette to give you confidence for drop-in play.Beginners 18+ Our lessons are designed for beginners, who have never played before or novices, who may have played a little but are not comfortable playing with others yet. Beginners 55+ Similar to the 18+ class, this class is offered with an emphasis on teaching proper warm up.
