10:30 AM - 12:30 PM    HCA Frozen Fun - Frozen Fun Friday
Frozen Fun: Art Workshop, Lunch & Elsa Meet & GreetJourney through the ice and snow this winter to the HCA in a fun Frozen-inspired workshop including art and lunch, as well as a visit from the Queen herself, Elsa! We'll begin with age-appropriate learning of art techniques as we use paint and mixed media to create our own snow castles and wintery canvases. Our emphasis will be on the creative learning process and having fun! After a lunch of pizza and fruit, Queen Elsa will join the group for a meet and greet, storytime, and a sing along! Please note: Adults do not need to register for this program, but if you have a child 7 and under, a caregiver is expected to stay. There is a discount when registering an additional child from your household. Details: Ages: 3-7 accompanied by an adult, Ages 8+ may be dropped off for the workshop. Fee: $45 per child; $30 for each additional participant from the same household Adults do not need to register separately. A caregiver must remain on site for children ages 7 and under.

Little Drummers Get ready to move, groove, and make some noise! In this lively music program, children will explore the joy of rhythm through songs, movement, and hands-on play with percussion instruments. Each week features musical games and adventures that introduce little drummers to different instrument families and sounds from around the world. Kids will build coordination, listening, and memory skills while playing both non-pitched and pitched percussion instruments, strengthening fine and gross motor skills along the way. Most of all, they’ll gain confidence and have fun expressing themselves through music!Ages & Times: Ages 3-4: 9:30-10:15am Ages 4-5: 10:30-11:15am Dates: Wednesdays, January 28-March 25 (no class February 18)Note: This is a drop-off program, though guardians are welcome to relax in our vestibule or gallery space during class.
