Mosaic Mirrors (Lippan Art)
Discover how to shape clay coils into captivating designs and arrange mirrors in intricate patterns to create this traditional Indian art form. Instructor Kanchan Tare will guide you into the fascinating realm of geometric patterns with her expertise in Indian art history and her experience in art-making. Together, we'll mix clay and mirrors to craft stunning decorative pieces. Although Lippan art typically uses only one color, we'll add a modern touch by introducing vibrant colors, giving this ancient art form a fresh perspective.

Salsa & Bachata Dance
In addition to learning the rhythms of salsa, we'll also explore bachata dancing, a slower dance that originated in the Dominican Republic and is now danced all over the world. The music is sweet to listen to and is characterized by unique guitar sounds. Spice up your week as we learn both individual footwork and partnering. Couples and singles are welcome. Don't worry if you haven't danced before. This experience will take you step by step. 7 classes. If registering as a couple, you must register individually.

Restorative Yoga
This gentle and Restorative Yoga class suitable for all levels will include seated stretches/poses at the beginning of each class before we move into a series of supportive poses. We'll end each session with an extended guided savasana, a pose of deep rest. 6 classes.

Yoga for Better Posture & Mobility
Start your day off right with a gentle but effective yoga class with modifications for all. We will balance out the major muscle groups in order to improve posture, mobility and overall well-being. Each session will include functional stretching and strengthening poses for the entire body. We will stretch the muscles that bring the body out of alignment and cause discomfort. We will also gently open the heart to counteract our forward leaning lifestyle. The class will start with a standing warm up and end with restorative poses on the mat. Chairs will be available for balance or modifications. All levels of experience are welcome, but the class is geared towards students over 50 years young! 7 classes
