Counselors 2024
What is the Counselor in Training Program?
Participants in the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program will gain meaningful leadership experience by practicing newly developed skills daily. Our summer program provides the perfect environment to foster essential life skills such as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, all within the fun, creative, and magical culture that makes summer unforgettable.

Under the guidance of the CIT Coordinator, Little and Junior Hillers Directors, and other Playground Group staff members, CITs will assist in leading activities and gain hands-on experience in a variety of program settings, preparing them for future leadership roles.

Who is the program for?
The CIT program is designed for youth aged 13-15 (must be 13 by July 1, 2025) who are ready to embrace new challenges, opportunities, and responsibilities in a leadership role at Playground Group. Ideal candidates are energetic, responsible, outgoing, and self-motivated, with a passion for creating a fun, engaging, and positive environment by helping lead daily activities.
