- Skate Park is Open From Dawn to Dusk, No Trespassing During Off-Hours, Use at Your Own Risk
- This park is not supervised. The Town does not assume any responsibility for injuries.
- This facility is used by both experienced and inexperienced users. Serious injuries may result from being struck by other user’s equipment, falling or colliding, users assume all risk of injury or damage.
- For your safety, helmets, knee pads, wrist guards and elbow pads are strongly recommended.
- This park is for skateboards, in-line skates, non-motorized scooters and BMX bikes (without pegs).
- The Town reserves the right to modify hours of operation or close the facility for any reason.
- Do not use Skate Park when the surface is wet or icy as unsafe conditions may arise.
- DO NOT USE SHOVELS OR SALT TO REMOVE SNOW OR ICE. Doing so will damage the surface and require closure of the Skate Park for repairs.
- Additional ramps, jumps or obstacles are prohibited within the Skate Park. Modifications to the surface and/or features are prohibited.
- BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER PARK USERS. No fighting, loud music, or foul language. Look before you drop in. Be respectful of the Park. No graffiti, stickers, or tagging.
- No gum, food, glass bottles, or drinks are allowed within the Skate Park. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs are permitted at any Hopkinton Parks facility.
- Please clean up after yourself, do not leave trash in or around the Skate Park.
