General Information
Private rentals of EMC Park facilities (such as birthday parties) are not permitted. If you would like to have a get together you may do so but use of the pavilion and park in general is on a first come first serve basis.

Rental of the baseball fields may be requested by contacting Park and Rec for details.

Requests to hold community events at EMC Park must be approved by a majority vote of the Parks and Recreation Commission. The Commission meets publicly twice each month, with meeting dates posted on the town website at least three days in advance. Applicants are encouraged to attend the meeting. For more information, please contact Park and Rec.
