Public Speaking
Let Your Voice be Heard!

Public speaking can be one of life’s scariest tasks, but it doesn’t have to be! In this fun and engaging class, middle school students will learn the fundamentals of public speaking, debate and speech.

You will play improvisation games, serve as an anchor in a classroom newscast, take the pro- or con- side in different debates such as whether teachers should assign homework, and practice making eye contact in a staring contest. Pretty soon you will be acquiring public speaking and presentation skills while having a blast.

Our Right Brain Curriculum instructors will coach you in using a loud voice, scanning your audience, making eye contact, speaking from notes, and making persuasive arguments – all while you gain your confidence as a speaker. Let's make public speaking fun!

Presented by Right Brain Curriculum. A Boston-based education company offering engaging, project-based grade 2-8 learning programs throughout Eastern Massachusetts. Our mission is to create outstanding, student-centered enrichment programs that allow children to experience real life in a fun, engaging learning atmosphere.
