Stacy Fishing
Come learn one of America’s favorite past times!

Join Hopkinton resident and fishing enthusiast, Stacie Kirkwood, for some fresh air and outdoor fun catching fish!

This class is designed for students at the beginner/intermediate fishing level. Beginners will learn to cast, bait their own hooks and safely catch and release fish back into the water. All students will learn at their own pace, build their fishing skills and gain strategies for catching bigger and better fish!

Students will use a variety of live bait (such as worms and shiners), and also have the opportunity to build up their tackle boxes. Kids will have the opportunity to catch perch, bass, pickerel, and catfish. Water/fishing safety will be discussed and practiced. Live bait is provided.

Kids will need their own fishing rod & utility gloves. The instructor will provide a suggested gear list upon registration.

Please contact Stacie Kirkwood with questions and advice on where to find equipment: stacie@staciekirkwood.com

Class will take place in Ashland at Mill Pond Park. Class will be held on the walking bridge at the head of the Riverwalk Trail.
