ASHI
This course offers critical training for anyone who might find themselves in an emergency situation with children and ensures they are equipped with the skills needed to respond effectively and confidently. It's an excellent resource for creating a safer environment for children both at home and in public spaces!

The course will focus on:
  1. CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation): Teaching participants how to perform CPR on both adults and children, ensuring they can respond effectively in cardiac emergencies.
  2. AED (Automated External Defibrillator): Training on how to use an AED, an essential tool that can help restart a heart during a sudden cardiac arrest.
  3. First Aid: Covering a broad range of first aid skills for medical and injury emergencies, such as cuts, burns, and other injuries commonly experienced by children.
  4. Allergies and Epipens: Teaching how to recognize the signs of severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) and how to administer an epinephrine injection using an epipen to save lives.
  5. Asthma: Providing guidance on recognizing asthma attacks and how to assist a child or adult during an asthma emergency.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive 2 year certification from ASHI in Pediatric First Aid and in Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED.
