Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, and is suitable for players of all ages and skill levels.
Discover the joy of pickleball in a supportive, social setting! Created especially for seniors, this class will be taught differently than our regular beginner classes. Designed with balance and mobility in mind, our instructor will adapt activities to create a safe, enjoyable and confidence-building experience. This program includes guided instruction, all necessary equipment, and optional breaks between play. Come learn the basics, enjoy light activity, and connect with others—no experience required.
Paddles and balls are available for use during the lessons. Each session meets once a week for 5 weeks. Classes are limited to eight students.
