Skyhawks Beginning Golf introduces kids to golf using a games-based, play-anywhere approach. The program blends fun, skill-building, and repetition in a way that makes learning feel like play—not pressure. We use specialized youth golf equipment so kids experience early success, even if they’ve never held a club before.
Skills your child will learn:
Putting
Chipping
Swing fundamentals
Grip, stance, posture
Sportsmanship and basic golf etiquette
It’s a safe, supportive space where kids can build confidence, improve coordination, and most importantly—have fun.
Specially designed, age-appropriate golf equipment is provided. Participants should bring a water bottle, two snacks, sunscreen and wear appropriate athletic attire. There are bathrooms available at the Fruit Street Athletic Complex.
