Join Snapology for a full day of hands-on fun, creativity, and learning! Each day is packed with exciting projects that blend robotics, engineering, and STEAM-based building challenges - all designed to keep young minds engaged and inspired.
Morning: Robotics Sports Challenge
In Snapology's Robot Sport Challenge program, students will build and program robots to compete in sports-themed challenges! Your child will expand their engineering skills by designing and experimenting with robotic attachments and refine their computer programming abilities by creating program codes that make their bots run races, play hockey, and so much more. Students will work in groups and use the LEGO® SPIKETM Prime technology to complete these exciting challenges. By giving our students challenges through games and friendly competition, they don't realize how quickly they are learning core programming skills for a future in STEM - 9:00am-12:00pm
Lunch Break
Participants will enjoy a supervised lunch break with time to relax, eat their packed lunches, and get some fresh air (weather permitting). Our instructor will lead light games and group activities to keep the energy going. 12:00-1:00pm
Afternoon: Steam Survivor
Are you ready for a fun challenge? Snapology’s S.T.E.A.M. Survivor program will put your students’ design, building, and critical thinking skills to the test! They will be given daily challenges for which they must design functional solutions with their teammate! They will earn Survivor Bucks when they perform well and be able to use those survivor bucks to purchase supplies or prizes throughout the camp. The goal of this program is to encourage our students to carefully work through the engineering design process while having fun and designing with a purpose.1:00-4:00pm
About Snapology Hopedale
At Snapology we believe that children are meant to learn through play. When children are engaged in interactive, hands-on learning activities, their creativity flourishes and they show an increased interest in school. We help your child grow up with a thirst for knowledge. How do we do it? Snapology engages children ages 1-14 using LEGO® bricks, K’Nex and technology. While the kids are having fun with familiar toys, laptops and iPads, we sneak in the learning. Shh, don't tell them it's educational!
