April Vacation Arts Fun
Join us for the unique HCA experience, a week of creative programming spanning all of our departments - visual arts, drama, movement, music, and games! Our expert artist-instructors will inspire and help everyone learn new skills and express themselves through the arts.
Materials: All art materials will be provided, but each participant should bring:

Lunch – no nut products
Reusable water bottle
Wear clothes that are comfortable and washable
Sunglasses, sunscreen, and bug spray

Teen Wheel Throwing
Get your hands dirty in this hands-on week of pottery! Beginners will explore wheel-throwing skills such as wedging clay, centering, forming vessels, and glazing; more experienced potters will focus on making complex forms.
Dates: April 21-24
Time: 9:30am-12:00pm
Grades: 6-12

Art Studio April Vacation: Wonders of the Natural World
Young visual artists are invited to participate in our full-day program exploring a wide range of art mediums, all focusing on the natural world. Campers will explore everything from drawing and pen and ink to watercolor, acrylic, pastel, and mixed media while building foundational art skills and creating original projects.
We'll explore the green spaces on our campus, including our gardens, and get inspired by the beauty of nature.
Materials: All art materials will be provided, but each participant should bring:
