Elementary Game Design & AI 101 with eScout Academy
Designed for upper elementary students, this exciting course combines creativity, problem-solving, and technology through two engaging modules. Students will create their own video games while exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) uses data to make decisions in the world around us.
Game Design Module
- Create interactive games with animated characters
- Build scoring systems, challenges, and game rules
- Design and share games during a collaborative Game Jam
- Improve projects using testing and feedback
AI 101 Module
- Explore how AI works behind the scenes
- Learn how AI analyzes data and makes decisions
- Discover AI applications used in everyday life
- Discuss important topics such as data, fairness, and bias
