  • The purpose of this policy is to establish rules, procedures, and expectations for the rental and use of the Fruit Street Pickleball/Tennis Facility for tournaments, fundraising events, and related special events. This policy is intended to ensure fair access, safe operations, proper facility maintenance, and respectful use of the facility while balancing the recreational needs of the community and Hopkinton Parks & Recreation programming.

  • PARKS AND RECREATION coaches/counselors must fill out a new CORI each calendar year. Please print the form, fill it out and return to us at our office, 6 Walcott St - we will need to make a copy of a valid photo ID. Please note, learner's permits are not accepted as ID, please bring your student ID. THIS FORM IS ONLY FOR VOLUNTEERS OF THE HOPKINTON PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT. HOPKINTON PUBLIC SCHOOL VOLUNTEERS SHOULD CONTACT THE HPS ADMINISTRATION.
